I just started the program today. I was wondering how to log the aerobic activity that I get from playing Tennis. I play at least 3 times a week. This is in addition to the prescribed workout. How do I account for this.

This is a great site, I am so glad that I finally found it.

mc, I'd just count the tennis as an aerobic /cardio work out and leave it at that. I don't think cardio is tracked here anyway. The real benefit of the sight seems to be weight training and nutrition as far as recording progress.
