This is my very first post....I want to get a diet plan that could help me lose 20 lbs in 1 or 2 months....i am 5'7 and my weight is 165 lbs.....can somebody please tell me about a diet plan that could really work....i have also joined gym...but donno about a good diet plan yet....so plz help me...

i dont know about diet much because i m not on diet actually. I would just suggest you to eat healthy food like, whole grain wheat, vegetable and fruits and drink plenty of water. Choose lean meat and you need to give up sodas, ice cream, junk food and choclates.
