Hi I'm brand new here, and I'm signed up on the Home Training thing cuz I have no access to a gym, weights or equipment, then the 2 week ab thing. I was wondering if any other girl (or guy) is on this program and what should I fill in for weight used on Push Ups, Squats and the other ones on there except for the two that say to use cans.
