my whole life i have done extreme sports, i have been a extreme skier, skateboarder and rollerblader,,, a simple thing like walking down the stairs i twist my ankle and tear a ligament.
My own stupidity i did not see a doctor right away. I put a magnetic cast on and walked with a cain and tried to rest it, every know and then i would walk on it. I got smart about my 4 th week into it and saw a doctor and got crutches and a removable brace/cast i put it up every night. It is starting to feel slightly better so i beileve i am making some progress,,,,,,,
its now month 2 ... i want this to heal.... i just started to take triflex that i got at gnc, it has Glucaamine, chondroitin and MSM. is there any other remedy and whats is your opinion on this suppliment.

what can i do please i need your help! i dont want to do surgery!

That stuff (glucosamine, msm, chondroitin) is great for strengthening tendons and ligaments. They also help prevent future injuries as well. I used them all for my wrist over the last two months and they helped. I've never heard of triflex before, I just used the singular supplements.

As for remedies keep taking those supplements and DO NOT use your ankle. Trust me on this! It needs to heal and you need to do everything in your power to let it. I know what its like to have an injury that won't go away. Give it time, it will heal if you look after it. It just may take a long time...

Have you seen a PT? Ask your doc if you can start light strengthening activities for it. You might be able to ride a stationary bike to help increase blood flow to your ankle.
