Hi i've just began to workout and i realised a little problem. My excersice is too gain muscle and bulk up. However i go to Muay thai (Thai Boxing) tuesday/thursday/Friday for 2 hrs at a time of almost constant workoiut. That first of all makes it hard for me to wourkout because im really tired wen i get home and harder for me to gain weight. The ays dthat my workout is on on also interlaps with the days that are programmed in my schedule.
here are some Qs:
IS it alrite to lift heavy weaghts after such a strenous workout.
PLZ PLZ PLZ GIVE SUGESTIONS OF WHAT TO EAT. I dont want to take any of the GNC chemicals b.c i think it mite hurt me later on in life. IF u would b able to provide me with your meal plan i would really apreciate it . Im 6'1 and weight only 150lbs

Here is what my diet plan should be. Thnkx for your imput.

Welcome. You don't have to do your workouts on the exact day on the schedule. Split it up to fit into your schedule. I'm not sure if your class would fall into the training or cardio category. Hopefully someone else knows more about that. As for your diet. There are many diets and plans posted here on the boards. Look under the Specific Diets board or do a search. It takes a long time for someone to post a sample diet here, but I have seen quite a few. You need to eat hi-pro, lowfat. Chicken breast, tuna, fish, turkey, lean beef, eggwhites, cottage cheese, skim milk, whole oats, brown rice, whole wheat bread and pasta, sweet potatoes, broccoli, spinach, green beans, peas, squash, olive oil. And the list goes on and on. Good luck.
