Weel, I've been lifting for about 4 months now, and can see changes from when i started to where I am now, and major increases in weights (obviously). Problem is, I didn't gain much weight, so i decided to take Creatine. I starting taking it, thinking that i would see changes within a month (for how ive been taking it now) but i really haven't seen much of a change. I figured out what i was doing wrong, my diet was really bad, is that why i had not gained any weight? Im a student and you know how it goes, poor diet ALL the time, heh you know how it goes. Anyways, i decided to take why with creatine, is that a good choice? will taht help me out witha poor diet, just want to know if that will help me out, thanks.

There are lots of posts in the supplement board that have creatine in the subject line. Look through those if you don't get a direct answer.
