I have too many cravings and I cant control them what should I do I eat too many deserts

Refined sugar gives you more hunger.. thats what i heard. Do you drink enough water and having eating right?

read through some prervious posts = a lot of people have cravings, Geting on a healthy, balanced diet where you eat something every 3 hours will stop your cravings. As you cut out junk food, your palate will readjust and stop craving them.
For now, when you crave something sweet have a ripe peice of fruit - full of fiber and nutrients instead of just empty calories.
I also find that crystal light is very sweet and helps when I need a little something sweet without too many calories.

try Maximuscle Slim quick. It has worked wonders for me. Stops sugar cravings. Infact, I dont have much appitie anymore. I eat even when not hungry. I used to binge on bad foods all the time. This stuuf really works for me!

the best thing to do is not to have them in your house at all. out of sight, out of mind. asimmer is right, the longer you go without the junk the less you will miss it and crave it.
