sup everyone, i'm a new member to the site but have been training for a little bit, came here to see what info FT has, and it looks good, i never did one muscle group a day and i'm looking forward to see what the results are...

Even though you are doing (targeting) a primary muscle group, your secondary muscles are also getting worked.
It will work if you give it time, and the results are excellent.
