Am I suppose to do as many reps as I can do, or do I stop when I get to the target number of reps? I'm on the home training program which has the four sets with target reps of 15,15,12,10. So for example if I can do 20 reps instead of 15 reps do I do so?
Thanks

Stop at the target number. If you feel you can do more reps, increase the weight on the next set. Remember, the first set is a warm up set, and you SHOULD be increasing on every set.
Hope this helps.

How do I increase the weight for Push Ups, Calf Raises, Squats, Dips and the Between Chair thing, when I use my body weight to put into the weight input? Also I only have 5lb hand weights available.

Increase the number of reps you are doing. If you have 5lbers available only, you will have to aquire others.Your muscles will eventually get use to that weight and you won't be gaining from them.
