I'm in my second week of the program and I'm loving it. The only thing I am worndering about is whether or not the exercises are going to change. The first 2 weeks have pretty much been the same other than calf exercises and the 3rd week looks the same too. Can anyone let me know if i can expect to see different exercises incorporated into the program??
The only reason I'm worried is because of muscle memory, which maybe i shouldn't be worried about. I'm not sure. hopefully someone can clear all this up for me. thanx a lot.

I'm attacking my second week as well. Yes you'll see changings later on (diff exercises and diff number of reps)
I love this routine.
It concentrates on heavy compound exercises which are the most efficient way to put on lean muscle mass as fast as possible.....
Don't worry about doing the same exercises, you'll still be working your entire body!

You'll also see some isolation exercises in the latter part of the program. Stick with it and you'll love the results...
