Start with a good, clean balanced diet, the right amount of exercise (cardio and weights). Make sure you get enough calcium, and take a good quality multi-vitamin.
See how far that takes you before spending a lot of money on supplements.
Good luck!

Well i just started working out. And i have been following the plan that was made out for me through this program. And i also do cardio for 30min everyday. Because i am trying to lose weight, and i hear about all these different products on the market and i want to get the best products that will give me the results that i want.On top of losing weight i want to tone up. So i wanted to know which products are the best to use.

Asimmer gave you good advice....just starting out, you really don't need supplements yet. As I have stated numerous times, 95% of what we do is achieved through diet and exercise. MAYBE 5% is supplements, and this is after diet and exercise have long been maxed out. Don't max out the 5% first, you have nowhere to go. Diet is your key, a well conceived diet is the best "supplement" you can do right now, along with a good exercise protocol which you can find here on FT.
