Liquid serum creatine does not work. Save your money. What type(brand) of powdered creatine have you used, and how much (dosage). A micronized creatine will not sit in your stomach, it will dissolve much easier. Most like anything with the Creapure logo. Universal makes a good one.

May I piggyback on this? I have Micronized creatine from Pro-Labs that I just bought, and I have no Idea how to use it properly. I know the loading and sustaining phases, but it never says whether or not to mix it with a liquid, or to drop this powdered substance on my tongue and just swallow. THANKS

You should mix it with a liquid such as water, grape juice, or apple juice. DO NOT mix it with orange juice or anything with a high amount of acidity in it. You can even throw it in your post workout shake if you take a protein shake after your workout.

A lot of people just throw it into their post-workout protein drinks/shakes. That sounds like a case of poor labeling to me if it doesn't tell you how to use it.

Hydroxycut will not make you see your abs quicker. You are very lean now apparently, at 6' and 160. If you don't see them now, there is a good chance they are not there to begin with. I would leave HCuts alone and concentrate on gaining some muscle.

Celltech works, but it is sugar laden. Do not use it to load with, you do not need all those blood sugar spikes, but after workout is a good time. It is very expensive also, and with some cheap micronized creatine and dextrose, you can make the same thing.

Please put in a profile, we can help you better. I am giving this info assuming you are male, do not really know your bodyfat, goals, etc.
