Now ive started the 12week program i would like to get an eating plan for a caloric intake of 4000. morning till night. i just can't find any decent eating plans and would be greatful if any of you guys can help.
Just eat a lot of chicken and brown rice. Also if you are having trouble hitting 4000 a day, throw a little peanut butter into a protein shake with some milk and heavy cream. That will boost the calories in your diet significantly. Eat this as one of your snacks, and be sure to be eating 6-8 times a day. Check in the nutrition section, and I know a lot of people have posted their daily intakes there. Also fill out your profile so we all know your goals, etc...

4000 a day is a lot. Check out a post by tenorsaxmandave called Will Trade Variety.... He posts a plan with a little less than that, but you can use it as a guide and create your own. You will need to eat every 2-3 hours probably.
