Can somebody PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me to understand how to benefit from viewing my chart. I do, however, understand that the one rep max means the max amount of weight I can do ONE time without going any further. HOWEVER, I do not understand the charting beyond this and am not benefiting whatsoever from it. I tried the 24hr chat, however, noone was even there...frustrating. PLEASE HELP. How does this apply to me if I am trying to tone my body versus building mass?
Not sure what you mean by chart, and as for toning.....that is a myth, what you are doing is buliding Lean Muscle and it replace the fat you have. That is building mass. You will not get huge by anymeans easily it takes consistent eating and training to see anygains. Let me know what chart you are refering to so I can better help!
