I have 14 inch biceps.I run 4miles daily.I have a home gym with a weight bar and can do 75lb lifts (preacher curls included)
For the legs I can do flexion, extensions with 150 lbs. I can do shoulder lifts with the same 150 lbs
However my stomach is still a small "beer belly"
No six pack but pits have arrived on the sides of the stomach
I do about 50 situps daily with the hands behind my head on the FIT bench with the head down.
Any suggestions?

The stomach (beer belly) will eventually disappear. You will definately have to adjust your diet to get rid of the fatty tissue. Try doing your sit ups very slowly, but remember you cannot spot reduce.

Try doing a different kind of crunch each time. Use resistance sometimes and instead of putting your hands behind your head, try crossing them over your chest. You can do that holding a 5# weight too, for resistance.
