Hi Nicki welcome to FT. It is great that you are in a sport you like. Be sure to proceed cautously in your weight training, as you are still developing physically. Nothing wrong with weight training just need to be cautous, lots of information here to support you. Be sure to consult your coach, and doctor. good luck on your goals.
