I am very pleased to meet you all free trainers. I am a new member of the site starting my fitness experience on Monday. Just got in a gym and went to the supermarket to fill my drawers and refrigerator wth healthy food. I have to lose 20 pounds, maybe it is nt much for some people but I have had a hard time with those pounds all over me,. I can´t exercise, can´t run, and definetely all my clothes are too small for my body. I am tired of it!!
