A year ago I dislocated my shoulder and I am now healed, but I would like to start a 12 week program to prevent injury and build strength. I like to play sports, soecifically volleyball and some soccer

satrt with a total body strengthening program, there are lots to pick from here at FT. That will build your base, then you can specialize for your sports, once you have good form.
