Do you have a foot roller? You could use a tennis ball, roll your foot over it from toe to heel, back and forth exerting some pressue on the ball.
Lots of water, ice after running, good shoes.
Athletic shoes may still look new on the outside, but they break down pretty quickly inside. If your shoes are older than 3 months, you may need new shoes.
Have you seen a foot specialist? ould be you need arch support?
Good luck!

Are you sure it isn't plantar fasciitis? I had similar types of pain and was diagnosed recently with having this condition in both feet. Turns out the culprit was the inverted leg press on calf day (e.g. putting my toes on the bottom of the plate, then extending foot down, then up towards shins, placing strain in the way of 430lbs on the plantar fascia).
I quit that exercise (and by the way am looking for a calf exercise now that does not strain the plantar fascia...can't find/think of one) and things are better.
Have a look here

and I wish you best of luck in getting relief.
