i set up my exercise program and all but i have work on the weekends and wednesday and i dont wanna train cuz my job takes alot out of me, but my exercise program is this
M - train
T - rest
W - train
R - rest
F- train
S- rest
S- rest

it has me training on wednesdays and fridays which are days taht i have work, so my question is is there a way to make certain days off limits or pick what days u want, or am i just going to have to stick it out and exercise and work in the same day (heavy lifting, on feet for 8 hours)

You could take the days you are scheduled to train and put them to the days you are to rest or not working. And it may work out that you will have to work out one day on the weekend. Or try different alternate dates for that will work for you. Just a suggestion.

scat131, you should be able to input the exact days you want to work out. that may only be so in FT pro but I think you can
