Hi everyone! I need Help!! I'm new...35 female I've been walking 3 miles a day, 3 days a week for about 3 weeks now, recently I started working out to a video by tamilee webb..(the buns of steel chick) anyway...been working arms, abs and buns and dieting...following tamilee's plan ..I'm not sure how much I've lost but know that I have.I am currently at 218 lbs, 5'3" tall...I joined this site today and entered my meals into the tracker..when calculated..it said I am short in calories, carbs, proteins and fat...my goals as this site says should be 2904 calories a day!!!!...TELL ME THIS IS WRONG!?...it also says I should be consuming 35g fat, 436g carbs, 218g protein....is this right ...after doing so well Im afraid to start eating more food..I dont want to gain the weight back. thank you so much....Im so confused
