I particularly like front dumbbell raises, but seated and so your back is braced and raise the dumbbells in a nuetral rather than suppined raise, that is keep the dumbbells like a hammer curl, perpendicular to the floor, rather than turning the wrist so they are parallel to the floor. Do not overdo the weight, alot is not needed here. The idea is to work the front delts, and a good solid range of motion is needed as with side delts.
