Hi everyone!!!! I am a 35 yr old female,I've been walking 3 miles, 3 times a week, for about 3 weeks now, been dieting and recently started a workout video by tamilee webb,(abs, arms, and buns) I'm currently at 218 lbs, 5' 3",
joined this site today..I Followed tamilee's diet plan again today and when I added it to the daily meal tracker on this site it said I am short in calories, carbs, proteins, and fats. it is also saying I should be eating 2904 calories a day!!!!!! TELL ME THIS IS WRONG....its also calling for me to eat...436g carbs, 218g protein, 35g fat,Can this possibly be true??? I dont want to start eating that much food again! I have worked so hard(not sure what I've lost...but know I have)I am so confused!!!!Thank you so much for any advise you could give me

That's the calorie intake for a person lifting heavy weights....
If you feel good on your current diet I suggest you to simply continue.
Now since three weeks what have you seen as changings already? Feel better? Results showing already?

thank you philia2 for your response...well...after 3 weeks I have noticed that my clothes are a little looser and my legs seem to be just a tad firmer(but its enough of a change to give me so much inspiration!!!)I do feel so much better!..not like a complete loser...And thank you for clearing that up for me...Im only using 5 lb weights when I work out.oops... hehehe maybe I should go back and change where I checked off weights!?Thanks again.....You saved me alot of pain and confusion
