Hello Freetrainers folks!
I joined this website a very long time ago but, to my embarrassment, did not complete the program, nor fulfill my goals.
I'm 36, male, weigh 250lbs and am 5'11". I am not considered fat, as my stomach doesn't roll over my belt and I don't have to wear my pants down under my hips so my gut hangs over.
I am not happy with this weight, nor am I happy with my bodyfat percentage. My goal is to get down to around 210 with 10% bodyfat, all the while building muscle.
Your support in reaching my goal will be appreciated, but I'm also telling you so I can cement my goal in my head and work to be the best I've ever been.
