I'm taking some supplements that say to taket hem on an empty stomach. How long should this be after a meal. Some1 define empty stomach for me, is this one hour after a meal or 5 hours? Please tell me what you know or think.
Well, 3 hours is the normal eating pattern for a resistance training athelete. 2 hours is the time I use for an "empty" stomach. Like ZMA for example, I take it 2 hours after my last meal, then 45 minutes after that I have my bedtime meal.
