Flax Cereal

What is the deal with Flax cereal? Is it a good or bad thing? Im sure it has some health benefits but it has quite a few grams of sugar...can one take this when dieting? and what kind of milk would be appropiate? skim? soy?

The appropriate milk is the one you normally use. I use soy. There was a good article in the Aug issue of Body & Soul on the benefits of Flax. there have been several posts by bb1fit also.

I know what flax is, i use it daily...but the cereal is something im not sure about...

If it has a lot of sugar, don't use it while cutting. Otherwise, it would probably be alright on a higher carb day.
