Here is a recipe I found on the Equal box. It sounds really good. The recipe calls for either fresh or frozen fruit. I know pecans have fat so I'm not sure about the 0g of fat, but it wouldn't be much and it is a good fat!
Frozen Fruit Cups
1 pkg (8 oz) Fat Free Cream Cheese
1 c Fat Free Sour Cream
8 pkts Equal
2-3 tsps lemon juice
1 c coarsely chopped peaches
1 c blueberries
1c raspberries or sliced strawberries
1 c pineapple
1 can (11 oz) Mandarin orange slices, drained
12 pecan halves
Beat cream cheese, sour cream, Equal and lemon juice in medium bowl until smooth; gently mix in fruit. Spoon mixture into 12 paper-lined muffin tins, or spread in a 10x6 inch baking dish. Garnish with pecan halves and additional fruit, if desired. Freeze until firm, 6 to 8 hours. Let stand at room temperature until slightly softened, 10-15 minutes, before serving. Makes 12 servings.
