I went to my family doctor last week and he informed me that now was not a good time for me to try and start a change of life, because of health reasons he told me I could do this program in much smaller amounts. I guess my goal will just have to take a little longer than what I anticipated, but I am still motivated and will continue to try to change my eating habits and try to do some of the exercises. Thanks to all and I will still need all of you to help me in my longer journey.
Thanks Brandy

Good luck Brandy. Good to hear you're motivated despite having to start slow. Welcome to FT

What are the reasons for his advice? Just wondering and what are your goals etc?

Brandy you can still achieve your goals by starting slowly, don't give up on the excerise and nutrition, unless it is going to majorly effect your health. Small changes now will be good. Keep your doctor posted, and good luck on the small success's

I am having lots of stress and anxiety problems and my doc has started me on a medication to help. He said that the stress I already have I don't need to add additional stress to my body and changing eating and exercise would put additional stress on my body. I told him I felt I would feel better and benefit from it and he agreed just told me to be very careful and take it very slow. My goals are to lose at 85 pounds and tone up as well. Thanx for the support!!!
