I am new to this world of exercise so you will find I have many questions along the way! My main one right now is.....with consistency & dedication...are these flabby areas under my arms going to go away? THEY DRIVE ME NUTS! i know they didnt get there overnight but i sure dont like them!
Weight training and cardio will help you achieve what you are looking for. We cannot spot reduce fat from our bodies.
Along with eating right you will see yourself shed the fat and become firm.

Welcome Ginny! I am your age and I can say that they do get better, but it takes dedication and TIME! You can build up the muscles in the upper arm/shoulder area with good triceps/biceps/shoulders exercises, but a good, clean, lowfat, high protein diet is what will get rid of the final bit of flab.
