Stir frying is excellent, if you don't use a lot of oil or sugary stirfry sauces. I like to use chicken broth instead of oil in some recipes.
Your wok also makes an excellent steamer, cut the top and bottom off of a tuna can and place it in the bottom of the wok, with a cup of water around it, then place aplate on top of the can ring and you can steam meat, fish, and vegetables (some woks come with a steamer insert, too).
