Hey everyone i work 7-5 and then sat 7-4..i can only eat breakfast..lunch..and dinner... bvut im trying to gain muscle when should i have my protein shakes im trying to keep my body weight in protein i weight 198...so what can i eat also i know people eat 6 times a day.....please help!
