Great job! Pullups are very tough. You really accomplished something. So great to hear others accomplishments. Can't wait to see your post of doing 6! I know that will be soon! :>} Again, congratulations to you.

Just wanted to share with you guys that I did 3 pullups yesterday by myself. No assisted machine, nothing, all by myself. I know the close grip ones are easier but I did it. My next goal is do to 5...........I'm so happy.

Yes it's soooo hard in the beginning but you get so happy when you are finally up there (and the whole gym is staring at you! lol)

Thanks guys, doing them 2x a week till I can get one more out. My friend told me that if I hang there for a few seconds, at my "stick point", that will give me the strength, eventually of course. I just have been doing a lot of lat pull downs and using the assisted pull up machine for years has helped me train for doing the pull ups.
