Hello,

To circuit train or not....

When the goal is lose fat and build muscle, is circuit training the way to go? I have 3 circuits that I do 3 times a week, 3 exercises each circuit, 3 sets of 15 reps...

The trick with any type of weight training is to change it up every 8-12 weeks. If it's working for you then keep at it.
