Hi Everyone. I've been working out for years and haven't really met my fitness goals, so I decided to look for some help and stumbled upon this web site. So far I'm intrigued by the vast knowledge everyone has to offer and at such a cheap price...free! It's a pleasure being here, and I hope that I will be able to offer as well as receive beneficial information from all of you.

Now, I'm doing something I wouldn't normally do because of my stubbornness. I've decided to change my workout routine by taking the advice of freetrainers.com. I went through and created a fitness program and I will begin to use it religiously, but only if I get some feedback that tell me these programs that are worth putting into effect, because after all, I will be stopping my current routine (that scares me). My goal is to tone up, I already have the muscle (I'm 6'2, 225).

I am also wondering, in my fitness program that has been put together for me, I noticed there are no days that include aerobic exercise, does anyone know why? Any information is greatly appreciated.

Welcome to Freetrainers! If you read through the posts here you will see MANY people have used the programs on this site with great success. Changing your workouts is a good thing. You will read that here too. As for a cardio workout as part of your program, what programs did you pick? There isn't much needed on a gain cycle. Also fill out your profile and let us know what your goals are, etc. I am assuming you are male only because of the height, although I have a sister who is 6 ft tall.

I filled out my profile...doesn't seem to show up! Can you help? Also, yes I am male. And I chose the tone program...but like I said, no cardio shows up in the program.
