hello...I am getting married in 81 days and I have been going to the gym almost everyday to get ready to wear my wedding dress. My main concern is my abs...I have been doing well losing weight everywhere else and I keep reading that the most important thing to do when it comes to my abs is to focus on my diet. I read the recommendations for the ab program diet but I was wonderign if there are any specific foods that will really center on helping me to reduce the fat around my stomach in the coming two months. Also..someone told me that abs are the hardest muscles to define and that even if I work out everyday and drastically change my diet, two months isnt enough time to make much of a difference in my abs appearance....please let me know what you think!

Not to discourage you but abs are usually the last thing to show and your BF% has to be pretty low. When we lose wieght we lose it all over and not in any one place, but it seems are abdomens want to hang on to the fat the longest. Especially for women as that fat is for protecting our reproductive organs.
