Hey, my name is Tommy, I have just started this supplement stack. 8mg(two tablets) of Ephederine, 325mg of asperin(one tablet) and 200mg of caffiene(one tablet). Taking it two times a day, will it be better if I just take it just once a day before I work out instead? The big question I am concern is will I know any side effects first before I have like sudden heartattack or something like that, will I know when to stop taking it or will I just drop dead (pass out). Again should I take it once a day or twice a day? I don't wanna take too little or too much. Please feed me some info of if I am okay to do this. i am in goodhealth. I really like this stuff the first time I tried it. By the way I work out six times a day, well fit, but need to lose my stomach fat or is it my babyfat? I am 21 years old 5'6 185 lbs fairly a big bulky guy. In one book it says to take 24mg Ephederine but I am only taking 16mg andonly two times a day, and is asperin safe to take along with it? I hear so many bad news about asperin like it makes your blood line thinner good or bad, other effects to it?

Hey Tommy - I had to re-read your question a couple of times to make sure I had it right. Do you actually work out six times a day? I'm assuming that's a typo and you meant weekly. Just a suggestion but try browsing backward thru this thread and get a little more info. I don't know what your goal is but there's a world of info on here about this one but you might want to fine tune your diet and if you aren't doing one of the exercise routines, check 'em out.

I passed this one up, due to the fact upon reading it was kind of at a loss as to your goals, etc. My concern is your ECA stack. You don't know if it will give you a heart attack, you are wondering how you will feel beforehand, you are playing a very dangerous game in my eyes. If you are going to use an ECA stack, why not use one that is already formulated, and ease into it? Would not this be safer than trying to concoct your own and playing basci russian roulette? Good health is great, why take the chance. Remember, this is job 1, good health. Don't take unecessary silly risks. It will make much more sense to get your diet and training in order first. THIS is what works, not supplements that promise the world. You see them on TV and everywhere. If they worked so great, why are we all so very fat still? If it was that easy....diet is key.

I've used a couple different ECA stack formulas - the problem with most of them is there is all this crap in them that does nothing along with whatever parts of the ECA stack they decide to put in the formula. Some just have ephedra and caffeine, some have willow bark in them too (which is like aspirin I guess). What I've noticed is that most of these supplements have been reformulated to be weaker than they were a couple years ago - which sucks if you really want them to work.

In any case, I've settled on using the Nutrasport brand "ECA Stack" and am pretty happy with it so far - mainly because I'm someone who likes to know exactly what's in the supplements I'm taking and why. This product ONLY has Ephedra (20mg), Caffeine (200mg), and Aspirin (324mg) in it and nothing else (according to the label), and it actually uses aspirin, not willow bark.
