hey everyone.....i work 7-5 mon to fri also 7-4 sat so its hard for me to eat i use to eat 6 times a day to get all my protein, now i can only eat like 3 times a day, breakfast which is at like 530am.....lunch and dinner thats at like 530-6....can anyone help me out on what i should do i work out 7-9pm....so should i eat dinner after workout or before..thanks
