Hi everybody at ft...Ole chubby guy from the midwest joining up. ???I signed up for a 12 week course, and found that when I lifted years ago; I must have been overtraining like crazy...My program is 5-7 set with reps. between 8 and 16, per body part a week???I will do what was recommended;I didn't realize I would have so much free time.

Help!

Stupid-Yes, ignorance is not a good thing. Forget my previous question on the training program. I was most definately overtraining years ago. I started the program last night; was true to myself on weights used(no sandbaggin)..Concentrated on strictness-burnt like &^%$; found out this morning that everyday functions were a little difficult. Hope to be able to scratch the back of my leg by tonights workout. Good thing I stretch before and after; would hate to see the shape I would have been in if I hadn't.
