i pulled something bad in back. i slipped on a wet floor about a week ago, i know i'm a goof, but i hurt my knee when i did it. since then though i have had shooting pain down my back when i look down, its like the feeling of a stretched hammie dwon my nekc and back. it was barly noticable so i didnt pay ne mind to that. now my knee is almost workable again, and the other day i was doing shoulder press, and i guess i curled my back a bit. i got a little sorness in my back, but that happens somtimes so i kept liftin. i aggrivated doing shrugs bad, and now im in intense pain, im takin Vikes and its still killing me! not only is the back messed up, but that pain of when i bend my neck is excruciating. ne1 have ne ideas of what this is? or how long ill be out for? the worst part is im in the middle of stacking some supplemetns, i need to kno if its worht it to stop them.

Can you go to a chiropractor? That would be better for you than drugging yourself up to cover the injury.
Stacking some supplements? Some 'supplements' allow you to lift more weight than your ligaments and tendons can handle and can actually cause injury. If that is what you mean by supplements.

You could have sprained or pulled the muscle alongside your spine, or you could have misaligned your spine and it could be pinching a nerve. Conventional doctors will give you drugs and tell you top rest. A chiropractor will help get your spine back into alignment and help you heal.
Good luck.
