I am 5'5" and weigh 115 lbs. I need suggestions on supplements that can help me to gain weight. I would prefer to put on lean muscle. I have a high metabolism so that needs to be taken into consideration. I am not pregnant and don't plan on becoming pregnant and would like to take something that is safe for females. All suggestions would be very helpful.

Eat often...5-7 meals a day. Then, continue with your training regimen since that seems to work.

Get some protein shakes in your diet, some aminos and some creatine. Stay safe and you'll get the results. Good luck!
