Hi, I have been lifting for about a year and have had pretty good results. I started a 5"10 142 pound noodle and am now 160 and pretty solid. My goal is to get up to around 180. Anyways my results have slowed considerably and I am thinking of doing a double split to shock my body into new growth take a look at my workout and tell me what you think.

I do about 10-14 working sets per body part and take rest days when i feel i need them.

workout 1

AM- chest PM-triceps

workout 2

AM- back PM-biceps

workout 3

AM-legs PM-shoulder

Thanks, for your input.

Time to go drink some beer and eat a chicken

This can work for a shock, but I would not do it for too long. We natural bodybuilders do not have the recovery capabilities of the "pros".

You could also try cutting down the amount of sets you do and hit really heavy for 8-10 sets.
