Hi, I've been working out for quite a while now and can't seem to gain any weight. My muscles are getting stronger, but I'm just not putting on any mass. I'm 24 yrs old, 5'10", 160lbs. I can benchpress about 260... don't know if that is enough information about me. I'm also doing the 12 week mass program off of this website.
I'm interested in purchasing prohormones and was curious about the differences in 19-Nor-4-androstene 3,17-diol and 4-androstene 3,17-diol? And if you were to recommend a stack, which one should it include? The actual stack I was looking at is the Dymatize Andro Complex. This is what it contains:
Serving Size 1 Capsule
Servings Per Bottle 60
Tribulus terrestris 500mg
4-Androstene 3, 17-d 100mg
DHEA 100mg
Lysine 100mg
I also plan on taking Chyrsin, but am not sure how much I will need to take. Thanks for any help you can provide!

You really just have to find what works for you. Some supplements work better in some people than others. Personallay I have been taking the Anabolic Animal Stak, and 1-AD made by ErgoPharm. I have seen great results by stacking these two together. I am also taking creapure by prolab. I just started that 2 weeks ago so I am still waiting for results. Searching is the only thing that sucks about the whole supplement game. Find what works for you and stick to it.

Thanks for the advice mallard. just another question though... on the days that you don't workout, do you still take prohormones (animal stak)? My workout is split amongst 4 days and on the off days I just do abs.
