ive been going through some posts here and i read that some of you flat benchpress 200 pounds or more when you started and thats shocking
i dont know what my max rep thing is but as soon as i get the gym later this month im going to find out
the reason i have never explored my max rep is because i dont want to injure myself because i have no spotter and work out at home
if it helps i flatbench press 100 pounds for 3 sets of 10 reps
a few years back, no word of a lie, me and two friends were maxing out at 315-335lbs when we only weighed 130-140 ourselves. I only wish I had kept lifting, but took two years off with an elbow injury and havent been able to get close to that since.
