Load your creatine. This is a tried and tested method. Do not use an insulin spike to do it on your loading phase except first thing in the morning, and post workout. Use water the other times. After loading, you can do 5 gr. per day after training,and on off days 5gr. any time, morning is probably best. You may if you want in your maintenance period do 5 gr. pre and 5 gr. post as I do, this is your choice. Any more than that will simply be excreted as a waste product, creatinine. I found this to work well for me. Remember, the main function of creatine is to provide our muscles with more energy. More energy means that our muscles can contract harder therefore our body must adapt to the greater amount of stress that we put our bodies through. It super hydrates our muscles and improves protein synthesis. Good luck to you.
