I am begining to tone up in all the areas I have worked but have still got these love handles & belly. Would I be foolish to buy a fat-burner or "get ripped" supplement or Will this just burn away with the 12-week mass & abs routine along with my diet?
As always, thanks for any assistance.

With just starting out, let your exercise and diet do the work. Maximise these before you do anything more drastic. A well conceived diet is the best fat loss aid there is. Calorie adjustments and caloric deficit created by increasing cardio and such will be your first line of battle. When you get truly stuck, where you have adjusted your calories over and over, and increased exercise, and maxed all those options out, then a supplement may be in order. Most of those "fat burning" supplements are not really very good anyway.

Thanks again bb1...sometimes marketing can make these things sound too good, I guess thats why there's that saying...if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is just that...too good to be true.
If I get stuck I'll be sure to ask for help. I think more than anything I just need to be reassured that good ole fashion hard work is the way to go...I mean lets face it, we're bombarded with different things that promise you an easier way, I guess if a strong healthy body came in a bottle everybody would have one.

So many are looking for the easy way out, and the supplement companies prey on that mentality. Good thinking.
