I would like information on a possible web site that has a diet plan that I can follow. The foods given to me were very vague and I'm sure the best possible way to go about this would be to follow an already regemented plan. An already regimented diet plan is not always wise. You can't just take a diet that someone else is doing and say, it works for him, it will work for me. The diet this person is using is more than likely adjusted to this person's needs calorie wise. You need to know your maintenance calories, and you may well use the "guidelines" of someones diet, it has to be tailored to fit your calorie needs.
