If I am using olive oil on my salads 4-5 nights a week already, and eating 3oz of tuna 5 days a week, do I really need to add flax oil to my daily intake? I am finding that most days it puts me over my fat allowance and is 100 calories that I'd like to use on food. The olive oil is already 100 cals and 10g fat. Should I drop the olive oil and use flax oil? It is a lot more costly though.

flax oil has a better essential fatty acid profile than olive oil, but you could egt away with just the olive oil, probably.
