i am a college student and i have a lot of friends on supplements. i have heard that i dont need to be on any but i want to start. wut are the best supplements out there for weight loss and muscle mass. please help because ive been lifting for a while and i want to get big now.

Well heres my 2 cents...weight loss or muscle mass? what do you want? I would consider doing a cycle of both seperately. If you want to bulk, your key FACTOr is DIET...high protein, depending on your weight 200 grams aday....Supps, there are so many....go to Universalnutrition.com they have a good line of products...

troy, I believe both can be achieved if your diet is correct & you train hard. There are many posts here which deal with this diretly. Do a search for diet. As for as supplements go I have heard your better off saving your money, as BQ stated, "Supps, there are so many". Spend your money on a good protien. You can also do a search on protien & find tons of info on that which will be very helpful.
