i have been trying hard to take out some time for working out at the gym , but all my attempts ahve been unsuccessfull so i finally brought some equipments at my place like a bench , two dumbell rods , one small rods and in all 30 kgs of weights in divisions of 2.5 and 5 for the begining . could anyone please help me design a schedule keeping in mind the requirements .
sidd, you seem to be on the right track considering your time restraint & also have the right attitude.
