i have been trying hard to take out some time for working out at the gym , but all my attempts ahve been unsuccessfull so i finally brought some equipments at my place like a bench , two dumbell rods , one small rods and in all 30 kgs of weights in divisions of 2.5 and 5 for the begining . could anyone please help me design a schedule keeping in mind the requirements .

sidd, you seem to be on the right track considering your time restraint & also have the right attitude. I'm sure if you check out the routines offered thru this site you will find something that will work for you, also be sure to fill out your profile so people from here on out can assist you better, good luck with your training.
