Welcome to FT. Fill in your profile so we can see what your goals are. As for not touching your toes. Well you will need to slowly reach down toward your toes each day for about 5 minutes . Stand up then do it again. Slowly you will be able to reach further down until you can touch your toes. Your hamstrings don't have the flexibility, but work at it.
